Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations / Changes
As an outdoor activity provider, Óbidos Adventures is subject to environmental and weather-related conditions. We reserve the right to alter or modify itineraries in situations where safety may be at risk. Examples of such conditions include:
- Torrential rain
- Severe thunderstorms
- High winds
- Landslides
- Falling trees
- Wildfires
- Flooding
- Earthquakes
- Sea storms
- Extreme heat conditions
In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule the tour or offer an alternative if possible. If cancellation becomes unavoidable due to persistent weather/environmental issues or inability to reschedule, we will refund 100% of the paid amount, provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the start of the tour, otherwise the client will be responsible for 25% of the total which will cover logistical and administrative expenses.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the cancellation is initiated by the customer:
- 100% refund for cancellations made 30+ days before the tour.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 15 to 30 days in advance.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days in advance.
Failure to appear on the scheduled day will result in forfeiture of any payment made. Óbidos Adventures is not responsible for any activities missed and reserves the right to modify the itinerary as deemed necessary.
Customer Cancellation Rights
Customers may terminate the agreement in the event of a confirmed contractual breach by Óbidos Adventures. In such cases, all previously paid amounts will be fully refunded.
